1. PAYMENT POLICY

1.1 Hereby the client/s agree to pay the photographer a 50% deposit fee of the total balance as agreed upon to confirm and secure the booking. The client/s understand and agree that the deposit is non refundable, and that the remaining balance is payable in full 14 days before the wedding/event date. Refer to the invoice for inclusions and fees.

1.2 Should the client/s fail to remit the payment as specified above, the photographer shall have the right to terminate the booking with no further obligation and retain all monies paid.
The photographer has the right to retain the photographs in the event of an outstanding payment.
If the booking is cancelled by the client/s less than 14 days in advance the client/s stays responsible to pay for any balance outstanding.

2. LIMIT OF LIABILITY

2.1 If it should occur that the photographer is unexpectedly unavailable for the scheduled booking due to injury, illness, or any other cause beyond control, responsibility and liability is limited to a re-scheduling or full refund of all payments received for the booking.

2.2 In the unlikely event that digital files have been lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons beyond the photographers control, including but not limited to camera, hard drive or equipment malfunction or theft, the photographers liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the booking and services delivered.

2.3 The photographer is not liable to deliver every image taken at the event but rather the amount of images paid for as agreed upon by both parties. The determination of which images will be delivered is left to the sole discretion of the photographer.

3. COPYRIGHT

3.1 The photographs produced are protected by the COPYRIGHT AND NEIGHBORING RIGHTS PROTECTION ACT 6 OF 1994 (all rights reserved).

3.2 The photographs provided may not be used for financial gain or resale of any nature by the client/s, said photographs are for personal purposes only, including but not limited to printing, copying, emailing and social media publishing.

3.3 The client has the right to share any or all of the photographs on any social media platform, however, the client may not under any circumstances alter, edit or change the original photo delivered by the photographer when sharing to social media platforms.

4. MODEL RELEASE

4.1 The client/s hereby assign the photographer the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish any or all of the photographs of the client/s for editorial, advertising, competition and any other purpose and in any manner and medium without restriction which may or may not include profits of doing so.

5. EDITING TIMEFRAME

5.1 The photographer herewith commits to send a preview bundle of images to the client/s within fourteen (14) days of the event date. However, due to traveling schedules for destination events the preview timeframe might be effected.

5.2 The photographer further commits to deliver the rest of the photographs within ninety (90) days of the event.
All photographs are hand retouched and edited one by one and therefore the editing waiting period is time consuming.

6. IMAGE DELIVERY

6.1 The photographs are delivered in high resolution to the client via an online platform for easy downloading and sharing, the client may request a USB containing the photographs, however, this will be quoted for as an extra. The photographs will be ready for upload, sharing, printing etc. without any watermarks.
